Exterior Valeting
Shipshape Services have the professional experience and equipment to valet any aspect of your boat. When visiting any boat whether it large or small we inflate our own dinghy to gain access to the complete hull, we don't just wash the side against the pontoon!!
We will always try to visit your vessel prior to forwarding a quotation for any works, this ensures that we are able to tailor our services to your needs. When quoting we will always make recommendations and offer additional service that we feel would benefit your vessel.

Shipshape Members Club
Be confident that each time you come down to your boat she will be looking 'Shipshape' before you even board her. Through our membership scheme we can ensure all aspects of your boats exterior and/or interior are kept clean, ready for you to use. We are able to offer our regular wash service weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or six weekly. Up to 15% discount is available.

All our wash programs include everything we won't require a key to unlock, all covers are removed before we commence the wash and we include the cockpit area.
Standard Exterior Valet
Our standard exterior valet incorporates much more than 'just a wash'. This service may also be required prior to the commencement of our members club. Our specialist teak cleaning process uses our own products and has been adopted throughout the marine industry!

Hot Steam Cleaning
A versatile way to clean many areas of your boat. Results will always amaze - Steam Cleaning produces a deep clean that can never be achieved with a standard power washer unit. NO steam cleaners or pressure washers are ever used on teak.
Teak Renovation
A specialty of Shipshape using carefully developed materials. Results are always pleasing when the Shipshape Team restore old tired teak back to its former glory.
This is a very effective process that cleans the teak, bringing it back to an almost new condition. We use a mild teak cleaning process developed by ourselves and now used widely within the industry. This ensures no damage, like some other stronger cleaners, yet with excellent results. NO pressure washers are ever used on teak.
Semco Removal and Re-Dressing
Semco, despite being an expensive product, seems to have a greater durability to its rivals. Semco is available in a number of different tones/shades, the most popular are the Honey Tone & the Natural. The Natural is a little more yellow, where the honey tone looks a little richer. It is very much up to each individual boat owner. Below is a chart of the different colours available.
Cleartone-Contains no pigment, looks like oil & not as weather resistant.
Natural-The best seller for boats, gives wood the golden-tan glow of slightly weathered teak.
Honeytone-With its rich honey colour that looks like new teak.
Goldtone-Original shade gives wood the reddish-brown luster of freshly sanded teak.
Classic Brown-Darker brown similar to the colour when wet.
Borocal Treatment
Boracol is not a dressing, thus the teak will return to its silvered grey colour, however with the knowledge that the teak has this added extra protection against mould, greening and other general unwanted growth.
Sign Writing & Graphics
Our superior sign writing and design service covers all aspects of marine graphics and decals, our in-house team has over 5 years experience and are able to create almost anything. We ensure the best possible quality and value for money. We provide samples of styles in various fonts for you to visualise how your new name should look.
We can also supply and fit replacement cove lines, boot top stripping and racing decals creating new designs or just replaceing your existing decals.
We also offer SSR (boat numbers) to legal requirements and custom boat striping. All our boat graphics use the best vinyl available. We can obtain almost any colour you may require including gold, silver, gunmetal and reflective vinyl.
