First of all my wife and I congratulate you and your staff for their customer communications, it is so refreshing nowadays to receive telephone "call backs" and information. Now for the main point, we thank you all very much for the excellent way in which you company organised and carried out the remedial work on our boat, following the severe rust contamination, the conditions at times were not favourable for your staff but they battled on and made a really first class job of the whole operation.
